 Beginners Don't be Intimidated ...

The biggest misconception about Yoga and Pilates is that because you might not be flexible or strong, you can’t do it.  On the contrary, Yoga and Pilates can help open your body and strengthen your core.

YBC would like to welcome all beginners to our studio.  ALL classes are appropriate for beginners and as you progress with each class you will become stronger and suppler to help you meet your ultimate wellness goals.

We have classes geared for beginners such as Beginner and Basics Yoga. Other classes like Yin and Forrest Yoga contain many modification to work will all levels

Beginner YogaBasic Yoga, Mix Level Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga,

Hot Yoga

Because the room is heated, most of the poses are slower pace and modification are given to help newcomers ease into each asana.

Your Hot Body WorkoutHot Body Express, Hot House, Hot Hatha , Warm Hatha, Forrest Yoga

Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga uses yoga hammock designed with an adjustable, basket and two side straps, offering three handles attached at various levels, using the Om Gym style. With Aerial hammock, students can safely and comfortably maneuver into and out of poses while making it possible to control the depth of each individual pose. This is great to help beginners find their body and even better for advance students to progress further into a pose.

Aerial Yoga - Basic, Aerial Yoga - MixedAerial Yoga - Fit

The instructor gives a minimum of three modification when introducing a new pose.  This allows students to progress at their own pace.

 Note From the Founder

Ernesto Cardenas - Yoga, Pilates InstructorI benefit deeply from training in and teaching Yoga. Yoga enhances my mental outlook on my life. Pilates continues to increase the tone and strength of my body. Massage brings me a deeper sense of relaxation and increases my overall well-being. Because these fitness programs have been such a positive impact on my life, I've decided to share them with others. I've created Your Body Center with the goal of helping others to redefine their lives through yoga, pilates, and massage.
