New Students – $40 for 30 Days!
Beginners, Don’t Be Intimidated!
YBC would like to welcome all beginners to our studio.
The biggest misconception about Yoga and Pilates is that because you might not be flexible or strong, you can’t do it. On the contrary, Yoga and Pilates can help open your body and strengthen your core.
ALL classes are appropriate for beginners and as you progress with each class, your practice will improve and you will become stronger and more supple to help you meet your ultimate wellness goals.

We ask that new students get here 15 to 20 before class to fill out a one page Release Waiver before class or you may print it out and bring it already filled out to save time!
We generally do not allow new students to enter a class once it has started. Most instruction is given in the first 5 minuets of class and if you are not familiar with the class, you will not know how to set your mat, breathing instructions, when to take break, etc…
Most of our classes are multi-level classes and are open to beginners. We hope to see you soon.
We are located in The Heights in Houston, Texas. Our Building is located on the SE corner of Katy Fwy (i-10) & Heights Blvd. We are in a brown two (2) story office commercial building with the number “3605” across the front of the building.
We offer first time students and students that have not been to the studio in over 6 months a few affordable options for trying out our services:

You can come as many or as few times as you like with no obligation. It starts from the date of purchase and continues for 6 consecutive days or 29 consecutive days depending on the pass you buy. You do not have to attend classes everyday and as long as you come twice, you have made your money back.

Note From The Founder
I benefit deeply from practicing and teaching Yoga. Yoga enhances my mental outlook on my life. Pilates continues to increase the tone and strength of my body. Massage brings me a deeper sense of relaxation and increases my overall well-being.
Because these fitness programs have been such a positive impact in my life, I decided to share them with others and Your Body Center was born.
I wanted a space where everyone could grow in their practice, no matter their starting point. I know this is a journey and I wanted to be able to share that with others in a welcoming and supportive environment.
I created Your Body Center with the goal of helping others to redefine their lives through yoga, pilates, and massage. I welcome you to the beginning of your journey!
