Michelle Nasser - Hot Yoga Instructor 
Michelle found Your Body Center in 2003 as she was preparing for an intense round of exams. Never having taken an Ashtanga yoga class before, she was immediately intrigued by the routine which would challenge her strength, awareness, concentration, and endurance.
After sustaining wrist injuries which would interrupt her Ashtanga practice, Michelle was introduced to YBC's "Your Hot Body" class. Here Michelle was continuously challenged to work her body and mind while being gentler on her wrists. You can expect an intense workout in Michelle's class where we focus on increasing strength, flexibility, and reaching new limits while caring for our body's specific needs.
