Laura Lopez- Hot Yoga Instructor
 Laura was first introduced to hot yoga five years ago. Yet, her love for hot yoga blossomed after she attended YBC's friendly, noncompetitive & nonjudgmental classes. Since the first 'Your Hot Body' class she was hooked.
Laura's class is an intense workout, which focuses on increasing strength, flexibility and endurance. It is very sweaty & challenging. Laura carefully picks all the music she plays in order to keep a nice groove. Come join in on the pleasant atmosphere & the sweating!
