Jennifer Buergermeister - Instructor
Jennifer's class is designed to heat up the body from the inside with deep breathing and poses that release unhealthy blockages. This way the body can remove the obstacles that prevent you from being truly free. She also carefully hand-picks the type of music to be used during the class so that the routine has an energizing, gentle and inspiring flow to it.

She has studied Ana Forrest, Robert Boustany, Jonny Kest, John Friend, Shiva Rea, and David Williams specializing in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Kundalini and Tantric Yoga styles. Jen's Yoga is a therapeutic, restorative, sweaty and expansive style of yoga.
