Meditation @ Your Body
YBC Meditation class is open to new and long-time students. For new students the class will help start your practice. Long-time students to meditation will have the opportunity to settle into more expansive seeing. The meditation approach is unique, simple, and direct.
What to Bring
Please bring pillows for comfort when sitting on the floor. There is nothing sacred about sitting on the floor, sitting in a chair if you choose, is quite as effective. Lying down on the floor will be "off-limits."
Class starts Saturday's @ 12:30 for newer and returning students to deepen your practice.
