Your Hot Body Workout:
This is an extreme workout performed in a hot room using yoga postures and a few pilates core strengthening exercises to challenge all parts of your body. Melt away fat, sweat out toxins, and get your body in the best shape it's ever been. Your Hot Body Workout is great for the beginner as well as the most advanced athlete.
(90 minutes) - Required Materials: yoga mat, bath & hand towel, and water
The Yoga classes offered at your body center are open
to all fitness levels. We offer modifications for more advanced
postures that allow our classes to be challenging for both beginner
and experienced students.

Hot Hatha
Jerry Randal is teaching a unique style of Heated Yoga. Jerry's class will start warm and get progressively hot with the temperature starting at 85 and moving up to 110 degrees. This will be a Hatha Yoga class with Jerry's unique twist.

 Hot Belly:
Belly Dancing with Talina! top
An ancient form of dance that oriented in the Middle East. Belly Dancing is characterized by articulated isolation movements, undulations, percussive locking movements, and fluttering movements called shimmies. Belly dancing creates improved coordination, balance, muscle tone and posture. The characteristic movements provide deep abdominal toning, as well as a great work out for arms, hips, and thighs. Come shimmy away unwanted pounds, stress, and inhibitions while improving your physique and self esteem though this sensual dance.
