Your Body Center opened February 14, 2003. We integrate Yoga, Hot Yoga & Pilates in a relaxing atmosphere with highly trained staff. Along
with our classes, we offer a variety of massage services specializing in more therapeutic work to help students achieve mental, spiritual and physical well being.
We offer over 50 class a week from Forrest, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Beginning Yoga to Hot Yoga as well as Pilates and other alternative
workouts with times to accommodate most schedules.

YBC offers over 50 classes a week starting from 6 am to 8am. We have two class spaces, heated and non-heated with plenty of space to
accommodate our students.. We have classes 7 days a week to fit most schedules
YBC specializes in therapeutic massage in relaxing atmosphere to help calm and fix problem areas. Our Therapist have been trained in Thai Massage, Ashiatsu Bar Therapy,
Sport Massage and more.
YBC has a talented and highly trained staff trained. Our staff is trained in Vinyasa Flow Yoga, hot yoga, Forrest Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, as well as and other alternative workouts such as Pilates, belly dancing and Nightclub cardio.
Your Body Center History
Your Body Center Opened February 14, 2003 in Montrose on California Street in a small 1,200 sq ft studio. We were small and just starting out.
After two Years, we moved within the building to a bigger, 2,400 sq ft space to accommodate our growing Yoga community. In 2006, we took on more
space and added a second room to add Hot Yoga which increased our sq footage to 4,000. We were happy in the our location but the building was sold
and we had to move.
In 2009, we moved to our current location, 3605 Katy Freeway
in the Heights. Our new facility offers two spacious studios, heated and non-heated, two Massage tranquil rooms, shower facilities and plenty of
parking. Our new studio has a relaxing atmosphere with highly trained staff. We offer Yoga, Forrest Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Hot Yoga, Pilates, and other alternative workout as well as
therapeutic massage.
